This 4 session individually tailored hypnosis program will allow you to uncover any energetic or subconscious blockages to health, clearing a path for you to reprogram your subconscious mind and make long lasting changes for weight loss . We begin by uncovering any energetic/karmic/generational blockages to health that are held in the body allowing an opportunity to address any underlying contributing factors to poor eating and exercise habits. Each session builds upon the next to establish new healthy behaviors and habits, improve self control, break any unresourceful associations with food and emotions and reinforce positive self image, boosting your motivation to engage in healthy behaviors.
