This is my signature hypnosis session—the one that most closely mirrors traditional hypnosis, but with a few key transformative differences. This session begins with relaxing and calming hypnosis affording you an opportunity to regain a sense of inner peace. We then move on to identify in the subconscious any imprints or self limiting beliefs that are contributing to the issue you are experiencing, so that you can take the necessary steps towards finding peace amidst chaos and reclaim your life. We will also create space to connect with your elevated ancestors or spirit guides. Often, they have gentle wisdom or insights to share—guidance that can support the deeper work we’re about to do. This is optional and does not have to be a part of the session. Often this sets a deeply supportive tone for the work ahead. allowing you to feel fully supported as we address whatever you're working on—stress, anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, memory recall, and more. Some clients have even seen improvement with physical conditions like eczema and skin sensitivity. These stressful situations can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally drained. The mind becomes flooded with intrusive thoughts and memories, often making it difficult to focus or find a sense of calm. The body, in turn, can respond to this emotional distress through a variety of physical symptoms such as sleep disturbances, chronic pain, and heightened stress responses. The body may even remain in a constant state of hyperarousal, making it difficult to relax and feel safe. This session will allow you to access the subconscious mind, reframe your experience in a more positive and empowering light and through the power of suggestion, put you in control over your thoughts and emotions, creating a sense of safety and calm.
