training as a Usui Reiki Master, Kemetic Yoga instructor and practitioner of Birth Chart analysis with a focus on karmic insight and energy alignment has enabled  me to create a practice that utilizes  a variety of techniques towards helping  clients achieve ground breaking results. Hypnosis is a proven safe and effective way to create lasting changes that can be applied to many areas of ones life and it has been a truly gratifying experience for me to witness the joy  clients feel when they have finally achieved success  utilizing our multifaceted  energy healing approach after everything else has failed.

(the largest and oldest Hypnotherapy Association). I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University and have always been actively involved in various community outreach programs in an effort to help people enrich their lives in some form or fashion.
